Prior to starting Brand Design in 1994, Susan was senior art director in Wells Fargo’s corporate marketing group. She managed a staff of designers, art directed and designed a full range of projects and events, and developed systems incorporating digital technology that increased productivity and effectiveness.
Susan is a generalist — and proud of it. Rather than specializing in one particular industry or nonprofit sector, she seeks interesting and challenging projects with a variety of clients ranging from schools, city governments, and software companies to manufacturing and financial services.
Tackling this kind of variety requires curiosity, an open mind, and the ability to season creativity with practicality. Susan excels at assembling just the right mix of talent for a project. Print or online, traditional or digital, Susan’s only focus is on what works — for the client’s goals, budget, and time frame.
